David McLeroy founded the business in 1993 and has worked in the concrete business most of his life. As David, a Norcross native, explains, “I am in the concrete business because I grew up in the concrete business. I started helping my father in his concrete business in 1979 when I was 16.”

Our 20 year old driveway/entryway were in very bad shape. We wanted pavers, but doubted we could afford it. I went on line and asked for six estimates. Within ten minutes Dave called; we met an hour later. I explained what I wanted and asked for prices for concrete, stamped concrete and pavers. He measured, got out an estimate sheet and wrote three prices on it. Terrific! We can afford pavers. The other estimates were close, but nobody inspired such confidence and straightforward honesty. Also, as in most projects there were additions we wanted and called Dave for an updated estimate. He came right out and gave us a sensational price to put pavers up the front steps, replace a retaining wall and trim the flower bed with pavers, with no change in the original price. The contract was a handshake.
To the minute as scheduled, Dave and crew arrived. Work went well until they discovered a stream under the driveway. It seemed doubtful the ground would be suitable for pavers. Dave didn’t give up. He got suggestions from experts,discussed them with me and we set an overage limit. Excavating ten feet and filling with gravel, I’m sure his costs rose, but charged me only the agreed price.
David promised to be here at 8 am, and to my surprise they were here and working at 8 on the dot. Great job and a pleasant crew!
David and his crew did a wonderful job replacing my old cracked and unsightly driveway. It was obvious he takes great pride in his work. The quality of his work is very noticeable. He was very accommodating in working with me to obtain some of the extras I wanted at minimal cost. I am truly one happy and satisfied customer!
This company gave us a detailed estimate. To be honest, they had the best price for our job and that was a motivating factor. However, regardless of price I don't think we could have made a better choice. They answered all questions we had in advance, met with us twice beforehand. Performed the job exactly as they described it would go, were on time each day and very efficient. We are very happy with the results. I hope you will consider them when you decide to do your job. I contacted Dave McLeroy at Concrete Replacement Services after getting a positive reference from a neighbor and reading reviews on Angie's List. Called and got a response back in a short time (less than a day) and was able to get a visit to do an estimate at my convenience a day later. The estimate was quite reasonable for the size (approximate 20' x 50' driveway) including removal of the old, putting down a core, pouring the concrete and some finish work. It included some cutting around three pillars that were staying. Actual work was done within a week of the estimate, again schedules at my convenience and handled relative to the weather. The demolishing, pour and trim finish was wrapped in two days. Very pleased with the quality and their professionalism. Would recommend, and would use again.
